About Cryptoweek
Crypto news, regulation and markets.
Cryptoweek reports on cryptocurrency and blockchain: the rules, the markets, the companies and the people moving them.
How we report
Every news story opens with a short summary of the key points. That summary is generated by AI and is labelled as such. Below it is a brief of about 200 words that sets out the facts, names where they came from, and explains what the news means and what comes next. The primary documents and reporting behind each story are linked under it, so you can check them yourself.
What we cover
- Policy: uS regulation and law: Congress, the SEC, the CFTC, Treasury, the banking agencies and the states.
- World: crypto rules and deals outside the United States.
- Markets: prices, funds, derivatives and where the money is moving.
- Industry: companies, products, infrastructure and security.
